This is for all races baby, especially since basically all but white have free reign over saying "nigga"

If you're with a white friend (or if you're white with a black/Hispanic/Asian friend) and a song is playing that includes the word nigga, how do you react to your white friend singing/rapping along? For the white posters if you've been in this situation how did your friend react?

White people saying nigga in canada in the 90s when I came up was not happening.
Maybe in Toronto where skinny wiggers have always been more embraced but not out here.


One thing that gives me a good laugh is all the lightskin upper middle class black kids who grew up playing hockey and shit, discovering online that saying nigga is the best and then over using the shit out of it.

I swear my favourite courts are now flooded with 45 Canadian Kicks Genius / ball is life curry Thompson's, yelling nigga as excitedly and often as possible.

There is nothing for me to gain saying it. I don't think my black friends would think we were any closer if I did say it anyway

saying the n-word is more accepted over here than it is in the UK/USA I think

my black/lightskin friends have given me the pass for sayin it when its in lyrics or memes/expressions as long as the context is okay

I do cringe when dutch white ppl say it to eachother like its a word without context tho but thats just mass ignorance over here i guess our society got alot of ppl that are very ignorant and careless about shit they say esp when the words are english orientated. but that goes for (mostly) white yanks too I presume (?)

then again literally noone says the dutch word for it (nikker) and 'neger' is socially accepted in general i think. we did kinda kill off the Black Pete thingy with the festivities which is a good trend imo

around here its pretty obv imo if you grew up in the environment where it rubbed off on you and feels natural to say vs tryna force some type of persona or some shit you cant really get away with faking the funk much for long before somebody smacks the fuck out of you im sure its same in every super populated city with lots of black dudes and chicos.
