Honest question about the legal ramifications of the Canibus vs Dizaster battle..

If Canibus signed a contract with KOTD to rap for three 4-6 minute rounds and only rapped for 3 minutes TOPS...

Would KOTD win if they took him to court for not fulfilling his contractual obligations?

Would a court judge watch the video and feel Organik and co. got their money's worth?
