Andre 3000 (Why is he in our favorite rappers top 10 of all time) ??

almost all my favorite rappers have him in their top 5 ever, from em, jay, ti, wayne etc...

what is the hype about him? imo he is good but no were near the best definitely not top 5.

so i gotta assume he ghost writes behind the scenes, that is the only answer i can come up with for him being in top 5 list.
