The title says it all and I think Organik may be interested in this.
When do you feel it's suitable to call time on a round? My take is that if someone is clearly in the middle of a bar, end them the next time they clearly take a pause.
I feel like this "I rap 'til I'm finished" shit needs to stop unless it's an unlimited battle. If Organik/Smack/Eurgh shows you the time, you don't ignore it.
The reason I bring it up is because MCs often push beyond set limits to get to a punchline that may sway the crowd. I feel that if you can't time your rounds right, that's your fault, nobody else's.
If time is up, do you think they should be immediately cut, be allowed to finish what they're on, or just be given a four-bar overflow limit once they're aware time is up?
