This right here is definitely one for the history books. John John Da Don showed a grind that has been unmatched and probably will be for a while. Prior to this battle, John John Da Don was 2,800 miles away in New York participating in URL's "Rookies vs Vets" event. Immediately after he caught a 8 hour flight that went straight to the Bay Area to put on a great show against Cali Smoov in Vallejo, CA. Cali Smoov had his own issues to overcome. He made his return to battlerap after a fatal car crash that almost took his life. He battled back with resilience that resonates in this performance. Both did a lot to get to this point. For that, they've already won.
