2-1 vs 3-0

I've never made a thread before but this is something that has always confused me. I feel that there are plenty of battles where someone is clearly 3-0'd yet people regularly give one of the rounds to the loser. Just because someone didn't win a round does not necessarily mean they were completely destroyed. Jc vs caustic is one of those battles. Jc won every round IMO but caustic did no get trashed. Do people agree? Is this a stupid thread that I will be negged for because I am not a constant poster? Explain
