is $130 for tv/phone/internet a good plan?

tv is like 60+ channels, internet is 20 down and 2 up and phone is landline and 8 calling features

its $130 plus taxes. is this a good deal? what yall pay for all 3?

is voip the way to go in 2013? what are the advantages/disadvantages of it?
