Anyone know how to unban a PSN account??

today 1 of my PSN accounts got banned 'cause of some bullshit on NHL14.
i was wondering if anyone has a download file/knows how to unban an account, i looked on youtube through vids, looks like there's no new way/version for the latest software version. 4.55. fuuckin sucks
