I'm asking seriously for those of you who live in the USA to list advantages of living in this place. I can honestly think of zero aside from it being closer to family and some friends. Literally none. And I'm not saying you need to compare it to anywhere else in particular but me personally the first other places that come to mind when I think about this are Mexico, Canada, the UK and Malta because I've lived in those places for at least 3+ months at a time. If my family and friends were not here I'd never come to this shithole. Obviously those people matter to me and to most other people but I'm wondering if the people who always boast about this country being so great and amazing...actually know what they're talking about or if they just do it to do it.
