"Twitter user [Sicksers 5-28] $żn "@Lol_ThisGuy" and his friend @kINGvANdre posted a video on his Twitter wall of him and a friend of his slamming a dog in the head with a shovel! The dog was destroyed with that shovel and they decided to post that on twitter for everyone to see! They even created a hash tag called #shoveldog.
He also posted a picture of a dog with half his neck sliced saying "one more word and I'll finish the job"
The yob and his friend appear to be from Columbus, Ohio.
Dear animal lovers, we need to take action on this and ask the authorities to start an investigation immediately to prosecute these two!. He is a danger to animals and he clearly has a problem with them.
Take action now and help get justice for that dog! These deeds must not go unpunished!"

"UPDATE: The two thugs are not the abusers! It seems that the video is from Russia and it happened in 2010. The boys just shared it on their pages claiming that they are the ones that destroyed the dog.
When animal activists started questioning them they just went along with it and posted other photos of abused animals!
Several photos are being shared intentionally instigating to animal abuse and animal cruelty!"
