The trilogy is called Human Centipede.
The first of three installments came out in 2009. It tells the story of a German surgeon who kidnaps three people and joins them surgically, mouth to anus, forming a human centipede.

Katsuro, a Japanese tourist, is placed at the front and two American tourists, Lindsay and Jenny, are in the middle and the rear. Katsuro is the only one who’s able to speek and eat. When Katsuro takes a shit, Lindsay has to swallow his excrements. The droppings eventually come out of Jenny, who is at the rear.
What does OTBVA poster Clarke Reloaded have to do with this?
Well, to be honest.. I dont know… But for some reason, this movie reminded me of him. No homo. Probably cause Clark is full of shit… Or maybe because if he had a job, he would be a brown noser and would probably give his boss rim jobs on the reg…
