Was in no way obstructing the officer, he was in fact on his way home but decided to take an illegal uturn at an intersection infront of two other police officers which made a legal left turn.
I flagged him down to pull over, first I asked him where he was going and he said his shift was over and he was getting ready to go home. Told him what he did could of gotten someone killed, and that he was under citizens arrest. He got pissed to say the least, he tried to claim I'm obstructing him, but he told me he was on his way home and when I pressed him on why he made an illegal fucking uturn at an intersection he admitted he did not want to legally turn around because he was in a rush to get home.
I called the police and explained this to them while I had him stopped. Ironically his little buddies who ignored his violation of ths US Vehical code §56-5-2140 were the ones they sent. They apparently gave him a fine, and were total jackasses saying I'm being a dick basically for reporting the asshole for thinking he's above the law because hes a cop.
So long story short, I put those mother fuckers in their place. I even made a complain just now again about it, I have his badge number, and car number. I've reported it to the city, hopefully that asshole realizes just because he's a cop that does not make him above the law. He had no lights on, and admitted I was not obstructing his job. His buddies also admitted they were wrong and he was in the wrong.
