You need a program that makes transparent backgrounds.
Sounds like youre trying to use paint or something.
If you dont have photoshop, Download Gimp. Its free and wont harm your computer, its like photoshops younger brother but cant do quite as much.
When you start cutting out an image on gimp first you wanna use the background eraser tool, just click somewhere on the image that youd be erasing anyway and then you should see a white and grey checkered bg, that means youre deleting the background. you can then switch to the regular eraser tool which acts like the BG eraser tool since part of the BG is showing now. After that just save it as a png and it should be good.
If you still cant figure it out, just shoot the image over to me and ill do it for you lolol.
