I would say the jerk is more him just making crazy wordplay and schemes and the life and times is more meaningful music
I honestly think nh he is one of the most complete rappers oat. his punchlines are ridic, and the whole 'say he spit it first' shit only started because he often has said a line years before and it happened so often it became a parody of itself
his syllables and schemes are often retarded
and he can flow pretty fuckin amazing.
