Yeah I honestly figured it was a turret glitch because I heard of a couple when I was browsing the Division subreddit. I know that if you shoot somebodys turret it wont make you rouge but the turret will attack you and then turn the owner rouge, which is a super cheap way to bait ppl.

But I guess what could have happened is i shot one of the guys if they passed into my line of fire just enough to not mark me as rouge but make the turret think otherwise. Then the turret melted my face bc I wasnt paying attention to where the damage was coming from.
